Sami Awwad

Sami Awwad is an experienced Facilities Manager currently overseeing Operations and Maintenance at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co. since April 2022. In this role, Sami develops and implements maintenance plans while managing HVAC, MEP, fire safety, elevators, and Building Management Systems. Previously, Sami served as Operations Executive and Operations Supervisor at Cenomi Centers from May 2019 to April 2022, focusing on operational continuity and coordinating maintenance across various facilities. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Coordinator and Plant Operator at MdR | Almajdouie & DeRijke from February 2017 to May 2019, where responsibilities included report preparation and maintaining equipment operations. Sami holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power and Communication from the University of Hail.
