Kasem Tamimi

Kasem Tamimi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kasem most recently worked at Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at Premium Group Trading from February 2022 to January 2023. From December 2018 to May 2022, they held the position of General Manager at Premium Group. Before that, they worked as the Head of Foods at BinDawood Group from April 2018 to October 2018. Kasem also has a long tenure at Panda Retail Company – Savola Group, where they served as the Senior Commercial Director from November 2000 to December 2017. Kasem started their career at Savola Group in 1994 as a Sales Officer and eventually became the Assistant General Manager for Sales & Marketing. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieved growth in sales and profitability, developed international business, implemented operational systems, and utilized market research effectively.

Kasem Tamimi completed their high school education from Aqsa High School in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, between 1986 and 1989, earning a High School Diploma. Kasem then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Science at Amman University in Jordan, graduating in the years 1990 to 1994.
