Shakil Ahmad

Shakil Ahmad is a seasoned technical support professional with over a decade of experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets since May 2013, Shakil has demonstrated expertise in installing and configuring Windows Server and storage solutions, ensuring effective failover clustering and SQL instance management, while efficiently resolving technical issues in adherence to ticketing protocols. Prior to this role, Shakil worked as a Computer Engineer Cum Network Technician at Huda Computers from August 2008 to December 2012, focusing on hardware maintenance, desktop assembly, operating system installation, and troubleshooting for both desktops and laptops.
