Natharsha Rahim is a Senior Executive Human Resources with experience in recruitment, training & development, HR administration, performance evaluation, camp co-ordination, site inspections, and managing passports and petty cash. NATHARSHA was previously an Admin Executive at ALFARAA and an HR Executive at SBC General Trading & Contracting Co.W.L.L. Natharsha holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Musaliar Institute of Management, a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Madras, and a B.COM in Business/Commerce from Kerala University.
