James W Bell Sr is the Founder and CEO of Abel HR Services, a family-owned Professional Employer Organization (PEO) established in March 1992, providing human resources and benefits administration services to small and mid-sized companies. Prior experience includes serving as Controller for various New Jersey manufacturers, Assistant Controller at Utz Quality Foods, General Accounting Manager at General Dynamics, and Product Accountant at Johnson & Johnson. James began a career in the U.S. Navy as a Petty Officer Second Class. James holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Rider University, obtained between 1967 and 1974.
