Later in the same year, they joined Armstrong World Industries as a Marketing Administrative Support, where they conducted competitive analysis and generated reports based on sales data. Marion's most recent position was at Abel Personnel, where they worked as a Recruiter before being promoted to Director of Sales and Recruitment in June 2021. In their role, they were responsible for collaborating with clients, composing advertisements for recruitment sites, and developing initiatives to attract candidates.
Marion Adams obtained an Associates degree in Travel & Tourism from Fisher College between 1983 and 1985.
