Thorsten Adria

Thorsten Adria has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Consultant and Manager in Corporate Auditing at Deutsche Lufthansa AG. Thorsten then moved to Lufthansa Technik AG in 1997, where they held various roles including Head of Organizational Development, Head of Internal Accounting, and finally, Head of Business Administration and IT for the Product Division "Engine Services." In this role, they were responsible for strategic and tactical consulting, implementing a new global steering structure, and conducting due diligence projects.

In 2011, Adria returned to Deutsche Lufthansa AG as Director of Operations HR Shared Services Germany. Thorsten led the transformation of HR services into a Global Service Delivery Organization and implemented automation and standardization processes.

In 2014, Adria joined Lufthansa Global Business Services as Managing Director of the Shared Service Center for the Americas. Thorsten managed multi-tower shared services, serving Lufthansa group companies in the Americas.

In 2017, they became Senior Director at Deutsche Lufthansa AG before eventually taking on the roles of General Manager and CFO/COO at Abel Pump Technology in 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for steering and developing financial and production processes and creating a framework for sustainable growth.

Thorsten also attended the Université catholique de Louvain in 1991 to 1992, but no degree was specified. Prior to their academic pursuits, they completed their Luftverkehrskaufmann (LVK) training at Deutsche Lufthansa AG from 1984 to 1987.
