Kristyn Kumpfbeck, MS, RDN, currently serves as a Regulatory, Development, and Nutrition Specialist at Abel & Schafer since October 2020. In this role, Kristyn develops compliant product labels, guides cross-functional teams on regulatory adherence, and stays updated on FDA and USDA regulations. Previous experience includes positions as a Registered Dietitian at Elmhurst Hospital and Nutritionally Balanced, as well as a Front End Assistant at The Fresh Market. Kristyn completed a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Stony Brook University and holds a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Oneonta, bolstered by practical training as a Dietetic Intern at Stony Brook University Graduate School.
