Glenn Gardner

Glenn Gardner is a Mechanical Engineer and co-founder of Abelara, currently driving innovations in digital transformation within manufacturing. Previously, Glenn served as the President and General Manager at Synrad, a Novanta company, and held various leadership roles at Fluke Corporation, where they were recognized with Danaher's Innovation Award. With a strong background in predictive maintenance and asset management, Glenn has contributed significantly to reliability engineering at organizations such as PSEG Nuclear and General Electric. Glenn earned both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware, along with an MBA from the University of Washington.
