Kari Hess

Kari Hess has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Kari began their career in 1989 as a News Photographer at KCRG-TV9, where they worked until 1993. Kari then joined CLTV News as a Videographer until 1995. At Fletcher Chicago, Inc., they started as a Camera Salesperson in 1995 and gradually progressed to coordinating and selling full camera packages, managing the sales department, and providing camera training. Their most recent role is as a Strategic Development Manager at AbelCine, where they have been since 2008. In this role, Kari is the lead salesperson in AbelCine's Chicago area location, focusing on High Definition camera packages and selling production gear to media professionals.

Kari Hess completed their high school education at Willowbrook High School from 1984 to 1987. Kari then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Archaeology from the University of Iowa, where they graduated in 1991.
