Horacio Franco

Horacio Franco is an experienced Environmental Lawyer and Director with a robust background in environmental law, legal compliance, and EHS management. As the owner of FRANCO ABOGADOS since 1997, Franco specializes in Environmental Law and litigation, servicing a diverse clientele including local and multinational corporations. Additionally, Franco serves as Director for SCAN EHS LATAM and LEAF, overseeing legal compliance and carbon footprint management initiatives, respectively. Franco is also the Owner of CGA EHS SRL, Special Counsel at Abeledo Gottheil Abogados, and holds editorial leadership at GERENCIA AMBIENTAL. Academic qualifications include a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, an LLM from American University, and an expertise in Administrative Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
