Eric Fardel- Coo

Eric Fardel is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) with extensive experience in industrial management and supply chain optimization. Currently at ABEO since October 2023, Eric focuses on enhancing the industrial footprint and optimizing purchasing strategies. Previously, as COO of METALIS Group, a role held from April 2021 to October 2023, Eric contributed to global industrial operations, lean manufacturing, and mergers and acquisitions. Their management expertise includes leading the stamping and deep drawing operations at METALIS, overseeing multiple plants in France, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Eric's earlier positions include Industrial and Purchasing Manager at LISI Medical, CEO of METALLYON, and various managerial roles in operational management at Société Lyonnaise de Déroulage and Société Lyonnaise d'Equipements Routiers. Eric holds an Executive MBA from emlyon business school and a Master's degree in Engineering from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Saint-Etienne.
