Aaron Cardinal possesses extensive experience in validation within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Associate Director, Validation at Abeona Therapeutics. Previous roles include Senior Manager, Validation at Abeona, Manager of Validation Engineering at AMRESCO LLC, and Project Manager at Phoenix Laser Solutions. Aaron has demonstrated leadership in managing compliance initiatives, coordinating facility relocations, and overseeing critical validation activities, including FDA audits. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Fairfield University, Aaron has been recognized for exceptional performance, including receiving the 2016 VWR Presidential Award, and has contributed to numerous projects, enhancing validation processes and systems for operational efficiency.
