Craig Goodspeed

Craig Goodspeed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology services and eCommerce operations. Currently serving as Delivery Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since January 2022, Goodspeed previously held roles including Senior Consultant at TOP Consulting, Inc. and Director of Operations and Product at SC Codeworks, where operational efficiencies were optimized. As the Director of PMO at transcosmos inc., Goodspeed designed a comprehensive eCommerce infrastructure for the ASEAN region. Prior experience at PFSweb, Inc. spanned multiple leadership roles, focusing on managed services, quality management, and client implementations. Goodspeed is also a Gulf War veteran and holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Northwood Technical College and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.
