Craig Olman

Craig Olman is an accomplished executive in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the retail and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Recruiter and Senior Director of Digital & Technology Talent Acquisition at Abercrombie & Fitch since March 2016, Craig leads global recruiting efforts for executive searches and supports various technology-related domains. Previously, Craig held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at The Children's Place, where a successful talent acquisition transformation was achieved. Earlier in his career, Craig also held senior roles at Abercrombie & Fitch, managing global talent acquisition for diverse operational sectors. Craig’s recruitment career began with roles at Submitorder.com and TEKsystems. Educational qualifications include studies at Denison University and Miami University, and completion of the SHRM HR Management/Generalist Certificate Program in 2004.
