Grace Fudge

Grace Fudge serves as the Vice President of Global Inclusion & Diversity in Human Resources at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Grace Fudge held multiple leadership positions at Enjoy Technology, Inc. from September 2019 to October 2022, including Global Head of Talent, US People Operations Manager, and Regional Director of Retail Operations. Grace Fudge also spent over a decade at lululemon, where roles included Social Impact Manager and General Manager with a focus on Business Operations and HR. Educational background includes a degree in Brain, Behavior & Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan, completion of the Health Careers Program at Harvard Extension School, and additional coursework at Harvard Business School Online.
