Richard Irving is an accomplished creative leader with extensive experience in brand marketing and digital design. Currently serving as the Senior Creative Director for Global Hollister Marketing at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since August 2023, Richard is focused on transforming the Hollister brand for a new global customer. Prior to this role, Richard was the Creative Director for Old Navy at Gap Inc., where contributions to seasonal campaigns resulted in $2B in sales growth. Richard's previous tenure at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. spanned over a decade, during which significant achievements included leading a global team to elevate the Hollister brand and driving digital sales growth to exceed 40% of total sales. Early career roles included positions as a Graphic Designer at Atelier Ten and Deborah Berke & Partners Architects LLP. Richard holds a BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London.
