Kathryn Heness

Kathryn Heness has extensive experience in the tourism industry, currently serving as the Head of Reservations & Operations for Australia and New Zealand at Abercrombie & Kent Australia since August 2011. Previously, Kathryn held roles including Inbound Reservations Manager and Travel Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Kathryn was the Expedia Team Leader at Salmat from April 2010 to April 2011. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Business in Tourism Management from Victoria University, completed between 2006 and 2010, and attended Cheltenham Secondary College from 2003 to 2005.
