Will Wood

Will Wood has worked in various roles in different companies from 2009 to present. Will has held roles such as Leadership Development Trainer, Factory and Training Supervisor, PDC Leaching Manager, Production Supervisor/Continuous Improvement Facilitator, Business Systems Leader, Enterprise Continuous Improvement Manager, and Customer Service/Inside Sales Manager. Will is currently the Vice President Operations at Aberdeen Dynamics, where they started as a Director of Continuous Improvement in 2017. At TWG, they were the Enterprise Continuous Improvement Manager responsible for directing the operational improvement of all TWG sites and the Business Systems Leader who created vital systems to enable the production of sustainable results. At US Synthetic, Will worked as a PDC Leaching Manager who assisted in cross-functional teams to increase and sustain yields through PDCA and Six Sigma methodologies.

Will Wood earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, and Operations from Utah Valley University from 2008 to 2012. Will later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University from 2022 to 2024. No field of study was specified for their MBA degree.
