Ben Smith Acca

Ben Smith ACCA is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Director at Aberdein Considine since March 2021, following roles as Financial Controller and Financial Accountant. Prior to this, Ben held the position of Business Advisory Supervisor and Digital Solutions Senior at Johnston Carmichael Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers from July 2018 to March 2021. Ben began a career in finance as a Senior Accountant at SBP Accountants and Business Advisers from August 2015 to July 2018, and earlier worked as Finance Manager and Accounts Administrator at Watt & Co. Property Management Ltd from August 2013 to August 2015. Educational achievements include a MA (Hons) in Accountancy, Accounting and Finance from the University of Aberdeen, completed in 2015, and ACCA qualifications attained between 2015 and 2020, alongside an HNC in Computing from Glasgow Metropolitan College in 2011.
