Hayley Urriola is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure since June 2023. Prior roles include General Manager of Talent at McNab and General Manager of Talent Acquisition & Mobilisation at Calibre, where Hayley led talent strategies and shaped recruitment processes in competitive markets. With a strong foundation in recruitment, beginning as a Recruitment Consultant at Bluestone Personnel and progressing through various roles at Kelly Services and Chandler Macleod, Hayley has developed expertise across multiple sectors including construction, IT, and hospitality.
