Allan Kerr is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People at Aberlour Child Care Trust since July 2010, overseeing the Human Resources, Learning and Development, Quality and Safeguarding, and Volunteering functions. Prior to this role, Allan worked as the Head of Human Resources and HR Change Manager at Dumfries and Galloway Housing Partnership from April 2006 to July 2010. Their previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Newsquest (Herald and Times) Ltd, HR Advisor/Recruitment Officer at Uniq Prepared Foods (Pinneys of Scotland), and various administrative roles at Wandsworth Borough Council. Allan holds a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from Northumbria University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Humanities from the University of Greenwich.
