Michael Milligan

Michael Milligan is the Chief Executive Officer at ABET, a global quality assurance organization. Prior to their current role, Michael served as Systems Director at The Aerospace Corporation and held various positions in the United States Air Force. Milligan holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Engineering from University of Massachusetts Lowell, a Master of Business Administration from Western New England University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
