Randy Conley Pe

Randy Conley PE PMP is a highly experienced professional in the fields of engineering and project management, currently serving as a Program Evaluator for the Accreditation Board for Engineering & Technology since April 2021. With a robust background at Total from March 1989 to February 2019, Randy held various significant roles including Program Manager for multiple large-scale modernization projects, Site DCS/SIS/Simulation Coordinator, and Area Operations Superintendent. Additional contributions include being a member of the Decision Support Steering Committee for the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers from January 2013 to January 2019 and advising Lamar University’s Chemical Engineering Department on industry alignment from March 2005 to January 2019. Randy also demonstrated leadership within Toastmasters International, serving as District 68 Governor, and contributed to community literacy initiatives through the Housing Authority of the City of Beaumont. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University.
