Scott Springer

Scott Springer is an experienced Electrical and Electronics Engineering Program Evaluator at ABET since September 2012, representing IEEE in the accreditation of engineering programs, having evaluated 13 programs internationally. Prior to ABET, Scott served as Deputy Director and Compact Model Manager at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from July 2015 to May 2017, leading a department responsible for compact model development across various technology nodes. At IBM, Scott held several roles from June 1983 to June 2015, including Compact Model Senior Engineering Manager, where expertise in managing engineering departments and improving model accuracy and quality was demonstrated. Scott holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine.
