Jan Bebber

Jan Bebber is currently the Director of Business Transformation at ABF Ingredients, overseeing a company-wide ERP transformation since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jan held multiple positions at Ohly from October 2016 to June 2025, including President of Ohly Americas and Global Platform Director for Bionutrients, along with roles in global marketing and supply chain management. Jan also contributed to the EURASYP communication committee from December 2016 to October 2022. Previous experience includes various marketing management and project management roles at BASF from January 2007 to September 2016 and a management trainee position at BASF in 2005-2006. Jan holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen a.R., earned between 2003 and 2007.
