Fatima Dastgeer

Fatima Dastgeer has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Community Worker for the Urban Community Development Project no 8. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Case Worker for Mayo Hospital, an Intern for HomeNet Pakistan, a Project Manager for Punjab Welfare Trust For The Disabled, British Council, and Labour Education Foundation. Most recently, they began working as an Assistant Manager Operations for Abhi (YC S21) in 2022. Additionally, they have held the role of Assistant Manager and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Lahore Waste Management Company, where they supported the Senior Manager in data analysis, study product development and dissemination of findings, ensured timely collection and reporting of research/program data, and performed the key role in invoice processing analysis. Fatima also managed video wall based monitoring, live vehicle management system IT based reporting, and provided training and mentoring to partners and staff.

Fatima Dastgeer completed their Bachelor degree in Social Work from Lahore College for Women University in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a short course in MS Office from University of the Punjab in 2012, as well as a short course in Web and Graphic Designing from the same university. Fatima also completed Intermediate in Computer Science from Punjab College of Information and Technology in 2012. Finally, they completed their Matriculation from Farooqi Girls High School in 2009.
