Thomas Juhasz is a Machine Translation Researcher at Harvard University, focusing on fine-tuning a machine translator for Leibniz's texts under Dr. McDonough. Juhasz serves as a Student Fellow at the Abigail Adams Institute and holds leadership roles as Board Member & Stage Manager and Co-Principal First Oboist with the Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra. Performance experience includes touring globally with the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra and participating as Principal 1st Oboist in the National Youth Orchestra of the USA. Additional work includes fellowships at the Hoover Institution, Hertog Foundation, and American Enterprise Institute, along with reporting for The Harvard Crimson. Juhasz gained software engineering experience through an internship at Convergent Dental, contributing to the development of the Solea® system. Juhasz is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Classics at Harvard University, with a semester abroad planned at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome.
