Joel Edwards

Joel Edwards has a strong work experience in various leadership and strategic roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Business Officer at Abilita Therapeutics, Inc. and the General Manager at Harbor 6, LLC. Prior to these positions, they worked at Biosion as the Chief Business Officer and Strategic Advisor. In their previous role at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., they held positions such as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Operations, Vice President of Corporate Operations & Chief of Staff, and Executive Director of Alliance Management & Business Development. Before that, they worked at Valeant Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director and Senior Project Manager in R&D Project Management, and at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals as a Manager in Alliance and Project Management. Joel's early career started as a Professional Research Assistant at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center.

Joel Edwards earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ball State University in 1996. Joel later obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychology from New Mexico Highlands University in 1999. In 2005, they completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Colorado State University.
