Abilities First
Mary (Anne) Motley has extensive experience in support coordination and childcare spanning multiple organizations. Since June 2018, Mary has served as a Support Coordinator at Abilities First. Previously, from August 2015 to June 2018, Mary held the position of House Manager at Isabel's House and worked as a DCS. Earlier roles include teaching at Living Word Early Childhood Center and serving as an Assistant Swim Coach for the City of Kirkwood from May 2011 to May 2015, where Mary instructed children in swim techniques and managed swim meet logistics. At the Kirkwood Aquatic Center, Mary worked as both a Swim Lesson Instructor and Front Desk Cashier from May 2007 to August 2014. Mary earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Missouri State University in 2014.

Abilities First
Abilities First is an organization that promotes inclusive opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. We believe that everyone has abilities and by ensuring that people have the opportunity to use their abilities, we make our community better for all of us. Abilities First uses public and private funds to support the choices of individuals with developmental disabilities in Greene County to live, work, play, be active, and productive in meaningful ways for our community.
