Laurie Dale has extensive experience in assistive technology and information technology, currently serving as a Senior Leader in Assistive Technology and Director of IT at Ability Beyond since July 1990. In these roles, Laurie manages a team of 12 technology professionals, focusing on staff development and training to enhance job satisfaction and retention. Laurie is responsible for overseeing integrated information systems and ensuring that organizational technology needs align with strategic planning. Additionally, Laurie works as an Assistive Technology Consultant at Personal Technology Solutions since June 2021. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
