Liz Heitner

Liz Heitner serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Penn Mutual since March 2021 and has been a Board Member and HR Committee Chair at Ability Beyond since May 2017. Previously, Liz held various senior leadership roles at Synchrony from July 2014 to March 2021, overseeing global talent management and serving as HR client leader for Payment Solutions and Commercial Initiatives. Liz's career includes roles at GE Capital, NCR Corporation, and Mercer HR Consulting, as well as an early position as a compensation intern at NCR. Liz earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Political Science from The University of Georgia. In November 2023, Liz began an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School focused on corporate directorship for women.
