Margaret Phillips

Margaret Phillips is currently a Youth Coordinator and Respite Caregiver at Ability Connection, where the focus is on enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. Previously, Margaret served as a Department Specialist at Tarrant Roofing, overseeing project management, HR procedures, and customer service while handling various roles within repair job processes. Margaret has also held administrative positions, including Customer Care Lead, contributing to permit processes and project management for residential construction. Earlier experience includes roles as a Childcare Assistant at The Parenting Place and as an Office Assistant at Texas Health Physicians Group. Margaret is pursuing academic qualifications in Psychology and English Literature from Metropolitan State University of Denver and previously attended the University of Colorado Boulder.
