Abigail Erickson is a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant with experience in various clinical settings. Currently serving as a Student Intern at Ability KC since March 2021, Abigail creates and implements therapy sessions for patients in the Adult Day Hospital Program, managing a caseload of approximately eight patients. Previous roles include a Student Intern at Truman Medical Center Lakewood WIC, where treatment sessions were developed for ten patients in the LTC unit, and as a Technician at SERC Physical & Hand Therapy, providing support under the supervision of licensed professionals. Earlier internship experience at TherapyWorks involved supervising patient exercises and administering therapeutic modalities. Abigail holds an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapist Assistant from Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley and a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Community Health from the University of Kansas.
