Rafael Tormes

Rafael Tormes is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education and management. Currently serving as Professional Standards Coordinator at Ability KC since August 2022 and as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Quantum Health Professionals since January 2022, Rafael demonstrates a commitment to supporting individuals with unique needs. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at E.L. Construction from August 2020 to August 2021. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, obtained in 2022, as well as an Associate of Arts from Metropolitan Community College, completed in 2020.
