Zara O'Farrell

Zara O’Farrell is an Aerospace Quality Manager, model, actress, and public speaker. She currently serves as Quality Manager at Ability Metal, where she leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015. In this role, she ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and aerospace requirements while driving efficiency, reliability, and quality across all departments. Zara is also passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring excellence in every process delivered.
