Shannon Drake is an accomplished leader renowned for fostering community engagement. They served as the Director of Community Engagement at Still Serving Veterans from 2013 to 2018 and have held various roles, including Director of Total Resource Campaign at the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County in 2011 and Vice President of Advancement and Development at Ability Plus, Inc. since 2024. Shannon also brings extensive experience from Intergraph as a Contract Administrator and has owned Drako Engineering and Consulting from 2006 to 2021. Educated at Birmingham-Southern College where they earned a Bachelor's degree, Shannon currently leads Leadership Greater Huntsville as President/CEO and participates as a member of Leadership Class 25 Leadership Huntsville/Madison County.
