Lauren Surratt

Lauren Surratt is currently a Workers' Compensation Specialist at Ability Rehabilitation since February 2024 and serves as the Business Manager at Hale Surratt Engineers, LLC from August 2023 onward. Lauren has extensive experience in the rehabilitation field, previously holding various positions at Ability Rehabilitation, including Athletic Training Coordinator, Clinical Athletic Trainer, and Continuing Education Coordinator from August 2010 to March 2020. Lauren has developed and offered numerous Continuing Education courses aimed at professionals in rehabilitation, disability, and workers' compensation. With a Master of Arts in Health, Wellness, & Applied Physiology from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Florida Gulf Coast University, Lauren emphasizes a structured rehabilitation process using the "Industrial Athlete" model to facilitate a safe return to work for patients.
