Melanie Carreras has extensive work experience in business operations and management. Melanie started their career in 2003 as a Quality Assurance professional at Gastro Intestinal Assoc, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined Ability Rehabilitation as the Director of Business Operations, where they were responsible for managing various departments and overseeing revenue collections. Melanie also played a key role in hiring new staff and providing training. Melanie held this position until 2022, when they moved to U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. as a Business Operations Liaison for a brief period.

Melanie Carreras completed their education with an Associate's degree in PCT from Angley College in the year 2002. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they attended Monroe College and obtained an Associate of Science - AS degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
