Anu Khosla

Anu Khosla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Compliance Procurement & Digital Service Manager at Ability Works Australia Ltd since December 2020, Anu has also held various managerial roles focused on operational improvement. Prior experience includes General Manager of Operations at HCInnovation, where responsibilities included financial planning and technical support for customers utilizing social robots. Anu's career spans over two decades at Westpac, where impactful contributions as Business Transformation Manager and other roles led to significant enhancements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Anu holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Administration and multiple degrees from Delhi University, as well as further qualifications from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and Deakin University.
