Rafael Henao has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Rafael began their career in 1998 as an International Business Sr Executive at Compañía de Galletas NOEL, where they stayed until 2011. Following this, they joined AbiMar Foods, Inc. as a Business Development Director from 2011 to 2019. In 2019, they moved to Kibo Foods LLC as the Chief Everything Officer, contributing to their mission of providing innovative and sustainable nutrition. Currently, Rafael is serving as the Chief Executive Officer at AbiMar Foods, Inc. beginning in 2023.
Rafael Henao attended Universidad EAFIT from 1990 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Production Engineering.
