Jo Milsom

Jo Milsom is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Deputy Principal at Abingdon and Witney College since January 2020. Milsom oversees student support, safeguarding, and human resources while addressing the needs of diverse learner groups, including pre-16s and NEETS. Previously, Milsom held various roles at Buckinghamshire College Group, including Vice Principal Student Engagement and Executive Director of Student Support & Services, focusing on strategic leadership in student services and support. Milsom's earlier experiences include faculty director roles at Amersham & Wycombe College and key positions in student services, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing the educational experience and wellbeing of students across multiple campuses. Milsom holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Autism from the University of East London and a degree in Childhood & Youth Studies from The Open University.
