Ouellette is an accomplished banking professional with over 14 years of experience in leadership roles, currently serving as AVP/Branch Officer and Branch Manager at Abington Bank, as well as Branch Manager at Pilgrim Bank since October 2017. In addition, Donna holds the position of Vice President/Branch Manager and Community Development Officer at NorthEast Community Bank since April 2009. Responsibilities include sales production, operations, customer service, and fostering business relationships in Plymouth, with a strong commitment to community engagement and service excellence. Donna holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Curry College, earned between 2004 and 2008, and a diploma from Plymouth-Carver High School, completed in 1974.
