Alvaro Rodriguez Meoño

Alvaro Rodriguez Meoño is a seasoned quality systems professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and project management across multiple companies in the medical device and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Systems Remediation Engineer at Abiomed, Alvaro supports remediation activities related to FDA findings and the integration of Abiomed into Johnson & Johnson's Quality Management System following the 2022 acquisition. Previous roles include Quality Engineer II at Boston Scientific, where achievements included enhancing packaging processes and managing non-conformance reports, and Quality Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, leading a successful customer complaints improvement project that significantly reduced workload. Alvaro's expertise also encompasses quality assurance and manufacturing process improvements from earlier positions at Volcano Corporation and Boston Scientific, as well as project management experience at Schindler.
