Jim Hagen has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to Medtronic, Jim worked at Covidien, where they held the role of Director of Operations, overseeing the turnaround of commercial operations and supply chain teams. Jim also served as the Global Transportation Manager and Demand Planner.

Jim Hagen obtained a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Elizabethtown College.
