Mollie Vanderkarr

Mollie VanDerKarr has over two decades of work experience in the healthcare industry. Mollie currently holds the position of Senior Director of Health Economics and Market Access at Abiomed, where they are responsible for strategic planning and implementation. Prior to this, they served as the Chair of the Evidence Development Committee at MedTech Color. Mollie also has experience as a Director of Health Economics and Market Access at DePuy Synthes Companies. Earlier in their career, they worked at Acclarent as a Regional Business Manager, overseeing a team and working closely with key customers to expand market access. Mollie also worked as an ENT Consultant at Acclarent. Prior to that, Mollie held positions at Terumo and Cardiva Medical as a Territory Manager and a Medical Sales Representative respectively. Mollie began their career as a Capital Equipment Consultant at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics.

Mollie VanDerKarr holds a Master's Degree in Economic Evaluation for Health Technology Assessment, which they obtained from the University of York from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Degree in Health Economics from the same university from 2015 to 2017, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Economics from 2015 to 2016. Mollie also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.
