Anca Draganescu-Pinawin

Anca Draganescu-Pinawin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Owner of araucaria point and Of Counsel at Abion since December 2021, Anca has also co-founded Sajou.ch and previously held the position of Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Novagraaf, where responsibilities included global IP strategy and leading online brand protection initiatives. With experience across various sectors, including contributions at COMINMAG.CH and roles in intellectual property law at Siglex Suisse Sàrl and SEDIN S.A., Anca has demonstrated expertise in trademark strategy and registration. Anca's previous consultancy with the World Intellectual Property Organization involved the co-authorship of a significant manual on trademarks. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Divinity from the University of Chicago and a Licence en Droit from Université de Genève.
