Nicole Giblin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Founder of Abion UAE and as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney since January 2024, Nicole has also been a Board Member of the UAE National Group for AIPPI since January 2022. Prior to this, Nicole held various positions at Clyde & Co from October 2014 to December 2023, ultimately advancing to Legal Director and specializing in trade mark law. Previous roles include Associate at Withers & Rogers LLP and Trainee Trade Mark Attorney at Black and Associates, among others. Nicole's educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law & Practice from Queen Mary, University of London, and a 2:1 LLB (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde.
