Adam Farruggia has a diverse work history ranging from instructor at Team Martial Arts to personal trainer and onboarding specialist at Lifetime Fitness, and later, a customer service specialist at Verizon. In 2019, they worked as a network security analyst and then as a help desk analyst III for MIMO, LLC. Adam then delivered security analyst duties for BMO Harris Bank from September 2020 through May 2021. Farruggia joined Hub Group in May 2021 as an information security engineer until January 2022. Adam also worked at Abira Security as a security engineer in 2022 and is currently employed there as a senior security engineer.
Adam Farruggia obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Security from DeVry University in 2020. Prior to this, they studied Health and Physical Education/Fitness at College of DuPage and Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies at Harper College, but did not complete any degree programs at those institutions. Additionally, they obtained the CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ certifications from CompTIA in December of 2019.
