Jill McLuckie

Jill McLuckie is an experienced R&D manager with extensive expertise in process development and improvement within the chemical industry. Currently serving as R&D Manager and Product and Process Development Manager at ABITEC Corporation since October 2017, Jill previously held key positions at Lambent Technologies/Vantage Performance Materials, where leadership included overseeing an R&D team and directing strategies for alkoxylation and esterification projects. Jill's career began at Stepan Company, progressing through roles that built a strong foundation in synthesis techniques and process methodologies. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Jill has successfully developed and commercialized six products across multiple technology sectors.
